I just noticed that whenever I have my Sim who has the cooking hobby cook a meal, the option to share the meal is no longer available. The only option I have is to grab a serving or clean it up. Even when I grab a serving they go outside or somewhere else to eat besides sitting at the table.
We may need a bug report for this. Could you create a new one and add a bit more information. For example, does the share a meal option appear for other meals your Sims cook? Has your sim ever sat at the table for meals?
Once you've opened the bug report thread, I'll close this one off here so we can use the bug report for this.
