Bit confused my daughters i-phone which has child safety features switched on she has so she has to ask my wife for the ok on purchases. She sent to the menu to ask for sim cash clicked the option to buy some sim cash for her my wife ok'd the purchase but now when on daughters phone it will not show and when you click to try and buy cash it just says wheres the network please check your settings to ensure the device is online however this message didn;t come up when we went through the options to purchase the sim cash?
Whats happening can anyone shine any light on this ?
