Sim cash payment error?

Bit confused my daughters i-phone which has child safety features switched on she has so she has to ask my wife for the ok on purchases. She sent to the menu to ask for sim cash clicked the option to buy some sim cash for her my wife ok'd the purchase but now when on daughters phone it will not show and when you click to try and buy cash it just says wheres the network please check your settings to ensure the device is online however this message didn;t come up when we went through the options to purchase the sim cash?

Whats happening can anyone shine any light on this ?

You should contact EA in order to get assistance.

First you will need a player ID. That's the number on the top right corner of the screen  when you open the app.

@odd1ne This happened to me as well... I talked to someone over chat who said they couldn’t help me, and now for some reason I can’t request a chat or resume my case...
I paid $20 and got nothing.. thief’s
They didn’t help me at all.. now I have no idea what to do

@osollosailat you can start a new case if you'd like. Have you tried contacting EA though the app?
