Signing in causes the game to crash

My game keeps crashing when I sign in

@OP900THEboy What system are you on? Have you been able to play in the past without issue?

If you restart your system does anything change?

Xbox I can get through the title screen while not signing in but if I do sign in it crashes.

If you try an alternate account does it still crash?

You might want to try clearing your Alternate Mac Address and see if that has any effect.

• Network Settings 
• Advanced Networks then go to Alternete MAC address and press "Clear"
