Shouldn’t have to wait for my Apex coins!

Bought $30 of apex coins and haven’t received a single coin. This has happened before and I had to wait a full day to receive my coins bc they wouldn’t send them to me because I had to wait. Is there something wrong with my account or wrong with y’all services? Like please fix I’m getting tired of waiting 24 hours to wait for coins that never show. Fix your game seriously!!

If you're still missing coins after restarting your system and verifying the transaction completed under your order history (Origin/PC) or purchase history for Xbox/PlayStation account, please contact our Live-Support team so they can add them to the account.

They will require a proof of purchase if you are purchased them on Xbox or PlayStation. Here is what they need.
