Shootout mode “disconnected” glitch? [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Certain players (contact me for a list of players I’ve found) play and get higher than average DNF wins even without the game being played
What happens when the bug occurs? You join a game with Individuals and it immediately disconnects you. I looked at a guys account and there was 3 DNF wins in 10 most recent games played
What do you expect to see? Expect to see an error? Is that what you mean?
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
