Shooting sound is too loud

If I lower master sound so I don't kill my ears with shoots, I can't hear enemies approaching, footsteps or pings, so what do I do?

@WunchiesFor me shooting sound is higher only when i spectate my teammates and causes echo. Xbox

I have the same problem are you playing on Xbox. I cant play at all like this. I think it could of been an update.
