Shaziers upgrade token in binder will not let me upgrade him

My ryan shazier team captins upgrade tokem is in my binder and it will not let me use it  it says i need to earn one even tho i already have it  i cant upgrade him.

Recently got a mut coin to upgrade Ryan Shazier my mut captain and it does not register but the card is in my binder

I've had the aame problem with Ty Law.  Says this upgrade requires a player item: token team captains.

And I have a team captain token in my item binder.

Game refuses to acknowledge the team captain token in my item binder when trying to upgrade Ty Law.

Have photos but apparently they are too big to post....photos....

PS4 Ryan Shazier won’t upgrade from 90-91. I have the token. The option is greyed out.

Just spoke to customer service and they had me go in to my Xbox network>advance settings and clear the MAC ID, which did not work. I asked if when the bug is fixed if I could get my training tokens back and they left me with an "IDK" but I have noted your request".

Summarize your bug I won a Team Captain Token last month. When I try to apply it to Ryan Shazier it acts like it isn’t in my binder.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look in my binder on ultimate team.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I try to apply the team captain token to Ryan Shazier it does not give me the option to select item from binder.
What do you expect to see? A select item from binder option.
