Setting, Picture and Engine Errors Occured at Same Time

Every time I open APEX since June 10th, my settings are EMPTY. All of this is even my movement and weapon settings so I can't do anything in the game! Then I have to restore default before jumping. In addition, there are pop-up windows "Engine Error" every day. I have to restart it. And the images in the store may "Failed to load assets". I reinstalled APEX today and nothing changed.These all started on June 10, although I didn't modify anything that day.

FPS also lower than before. From 180 to 100.
