Servers gone offline [Cross-platform]

It seems that servers have gone down for both PC and Console platforms.

(Affecting all datacenters)

Is it possible that this issue is related to fixing the Xbox update problem?

If so, is there an ETA on when the servers will be back online?

Seems to be down for almost the entire community.
