Servers are laggy

Hello,
i'm expiriancing lagg as well as all of my friends every game and i mean actually EVERY game when you land first 20 -25secounds you have lag, 
how can i fix this because it's pretty annoying, and it cannot be my internet since i have 20mb/10mb rate with LTE simcard inside which is operating ALWAYS at atleast 50mb/25mb
also i'm about 1 mile away from the center so i usally have about 20-30ping.

Speed, ping and connection quality are separate aspects of connectivity.

You can have a fast connection with low ping but if those factors are not consistent, you may see issues.

What I am getting at is this:

A slower hardwired connection can be of higher quality (more consistent) than a faster tethered/piggybacked mobile connection.

Players should only use a tethered mobile connection if there is no other choice.

Yep, Same here. Since this morning SEA servers are very laggy especially in the early game. Hitreg is essentially a lottery. Some servers are so laggy that guys appear a frame at a time.
