Server not responding

Greetings All!

Just did a clean install when I upgraded to Windows 10. After re-installing the game again, I noticed the login screen go grey almost immediately. When I entered my login info, I received a "Server not responding" I would really like to start playing SWTOR again but don't know how to rectify this issue. Please help.

In addition to what @proxos666 suggested, I'd recommend making sure your launcher itself is updated. You can download the latest version here: http://www.swtor.com/download

I would ensure launcher.exe is in all the exception lists for the antivirus and firewall

THANK YOU! That solved my problem. I thought it had updated because it had sent the one time password to me and I entered it, then it started doing something only to stop. It's been a while since I played (since the update where it would lower your level to the area you were in :-( )

          I have tried to update my Launcher and the link just tries to save the download but it doesn't do anything, I'm running Windows 10 professional. Is there any other way to update my Launcher?
