Server in and out. [ Edited ]

Since the new season 8 has started for Apex Legend I've been getting constant in and out of 100+ and 30+. At first I thought it was happening as I have a mobile connection, but later on I learned from my fellow irl friends that they are facing the same thing. Especially when we're all together in the same premade squad no matter who the lobby leader is. And because of this I've lost about 300+ RP in a span of 3hrs. Please help.
