Server errors are setting me back

I currently have 27 of 28 October Collectibles needed to obtain a Master Icon Collectible. Over the past week the continued server issues have prevented me from playing HUT and completing my daily objectives. I will be left with 27 useless October Collectibles because the clock runs out in 18 hours and I need 22 before my daily free pack. EA, will there be any compensation for the server issues setting players back? What I am paying for here?

Moreover, I wish to redeem it now and I can’t connect to the server.  My connection is fine and I rebooted the game.  Yet EA servers says the servers are just fine.

EA does not want to own up to their issues. There is a mod that will jump in from time to time telling us to check our routers. Odd that every other service I use works and the only issue is EA but somehow they want to blame our hardware.

We're not aware of any server issues over the weekend. Is that the only time you've had this trouble or do you lag/disconnect more frequently?
