Server crashes and 10 minute ban

Hello, does any one here also have this stupid issue?

Today trash server crashed 2 times and every time i have to wait 10minutes for ranked and 40+minutes for normal mode.

Same thing happened to me 5 mins ago, everything is fine, then server lag arrives,  and i get kicked out of the game, trying to reconnect 2 times and after that i am back in menu with -72 ponts for abaddoning the game... nice servers EA/Respawn. And no, the problem isnt on my end, i had twitch running the whole time on second monitor, and i was connected to teamspeak.
