Server Down time

I love battlefield 1  but come on EA with all this down time you should at least compensate us in some way we spend between 60 and 120 dollars for your game and the servers been down almost as much as they been up give us some battlepacks or something cause the down time is crazy and most of us are loyal i hate cod and battlefield is my go to fps
