Hi,
struggling with battlefield V on PS4. Cannot play multiplayer at all, every game mode. Finds a game in seconds and when starts to load up crashes back to the game selection screen saying server disconnected and I do not have the appropriate bandwidth or latency.
i’ve speed tested and getting 60mbs download and 10mbs upload and NAT type 2 and have no problem with any other online games. PS4 is wired straight to the router so not relying on WiFi. Tried all of the troubleshooting on here and also from EA and still nothing.
Close to giving up and chucking it away to be honest, some help would be really appreciated.

Have you tried creating a UOTrace, and contacting EA Support via Live Chat?
They will be able to look into this for you, and let you know if there's any conflicting issues.

I would also recommend that you open the Ports for Battlefield V on your Router:
https://portforward.com/battlefield-v/
If you're still having issues, please create a UOTrace, and contact EA Support, and they will be able to let you know if there's any issues.

Would this be deemed as ‘port triggering’ in the router settings? If so what would the triggering port be as well as the external port?
