Sent gift to wrong account

Hello. Today I gifted new Loba skin to my friend and he didn't recieve it. We tried to check his EA App Apex account, STEAM-PC Apex account but no luck. Then I noticed that he has third account on Nintendo Switch with similar username, so I think I sent it to that Switch account instead of EA account. What can I do now?
Tried to contact support but there's no such topics related to troubles with gifts.
