Select profile infinite loading menu

Xbox account issue

-when signed onto my main account the game does not get passed the select profile screen (the game loads infinitely at the select profile menu)

-the error happens if and only if I'm using my main account

-the error happens on other xbox's not only my own

-no error message

-background music still works

-the game is digital

-all accounts other than my own works for the game

-used multiple troubleshooting methods and no solution 

-a "click" sound is audible when the 'a' button is pressed to continue 

-ea help has no solution, xbox support has no solution

@ShreakinghawkJv You state that you tried multiple troubleshooting methods, what were they so we don't recommend fixes that didn't work for you?

Account removal/ re-adding
Cache clearing, reinstall, and reserved space clearing.
Internet troubleshooting
Consol resetting
Port opening

Sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried clearing your MAC Address, and doing a hard reset on your Console?

Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear.

Then, unplug your system for about 30 seconds, and plug it back in.

Also, have you checked under Manage Game to see if there's any recent updates that need to be installed?
