Security Key problems

Hi there,

Since 13/04/2020 14:58 that I'm trying to reach EA support and still no answer, it's just not right.

I've sent 2 more mails and still nothing.

I changed my phone and I can't take the Security Key Code off the login and the support doesn't contact me for anything.

Hope anyone sees this and get my problem solved or give me a solution.

What is the swtor username and can check if the emails arrived, you did email to support@swtor.com , as EA support is different to swtor support

Yes, I did email to email to [edit: email address removed] and I didn't recieve any reply so far.

The username is in the 1st email I sent "Androidez"

They cannot see any emails from the email associated with that account. unless it is from another email address.

The email I sent was from a different mail address but I included on the 1st email I sent the user name and the email that's associated to the account.
