Security Key help [ Edited ]

Hello, i apologise if this has already been asked.

I set up my mobile security key and saved my serial code to my computer. the problem is since then i have gotten a new computer [didnt transfer the code over as i forgot about it] and also got a new phone [old one broken beyond repair], i tried looking through help it spoke about some ''lost security key'' bit under the security option when logging in? this doesnt show for me. i also could not reset my password or anything without that security key so iam kinda stuck. does anyone have anything that can help me?

[EDIT] Forgot to mension my problem is with SWTOR.

Log in but leave the Security Key field blank. You will then receive a prompt to enter your security key code, and below this there is the "Lost Your Security Key?" option.
