Security Key and Serial Number Help

So I stopped playing SWTOR for a little while and decided to go update the launcher/game. I had set up the Security Key part just to be on the safe side. I got a new phone since the last time I logged in and I downloaded the app for the Security key again. It is now asking for A Serial Number and i can't get it because I can't log in without a security key. What do I do?

See this link, you basically log in with the username and password and leave the key blank in your web browser (not the launcher) and you click the lost your key link.

If it doesn't appear try a different web browser in case it is a browser blocking the script.
