Security Key - Account logging in

Hello,

I did not play this game for a while. I decided to download it again but I have some problems logging in.

I have my user name. But I forgot my password. I did manage to change my password through EA website, still cannot logging as it is asking Security Key. I cannot enter the security key as the app is asking for a serial number... And I cannot have a serial number as I need to logging in...

You will need to call swtor support so they can remove the security to allow you to reset the password on the swtor account

I have tried to login without a security key - LOGIN FAILED showed.
