Seasons, 5k training superbowl reward

So I won a superbowl on Wednesday in head to head seasons, the reward is supposed to be 5k in training points. Never recieved them, when I contacted EA help, I was told I had to wait 36 hours. 36 hours later still no rewards, I contact help again, they guy confirms I won the superbowl and didn't get my rewards and it's transfered to specialists and told to wait for an email. I recieve the attached email mentioning a game and rewards that I never even mentioned in my complaint and still no rewards. When I contacted EA help back, I'm told there was a typo in email and that I was given 3k in coins. Obviously 3k in coins is nowhere near 5k in training and is not ok. I'm told it's all that can be done and can't get any further answers. Very frustrating especially since the "specialists" are mentioning games not involved in original complaint to begin with. I really just want the rewards I earned EA, shouldn't be this hard.

In order to be eligible for the 5,000 training points you must have never won a Super Bowl in the past. If you won a Super Bowl in MUT 19 prior to when this promotion came out that is why you didn't receive them. Our live-support can always double-check for you though!
