Season 3 Battle Pass

So I completed season 3 battle pass maybe 2-3 days before it ended and I only received my badge for completing it. I never got my Apex coins or crafting metal. I emailed customer support and they told me that they sent them out but yet here I am waiting on mines. I really need answers or the remaining of my rewards please and thank you.

@YoungPocahontas_ what do you mean by remaining rewards? you get them as you progress through battle pass, not after completion.

Okay now I get it. I didn’t understand that at first so thank you for clearing that up.
