Screen glitching for SWTOR

I just re-downloaded SWTOR onto my new laptop. The games initializes and it launches, but when the games starts, the game screen glitches. The screen starts flashing black bars across it and it's like other parts of the game are trying mesh together. The glitching happens from when the game first starts and it doesn't stop making it hard to play the game. How can I fix this?

Can you try this HP intel driver it is slightly newer then then one you have now https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101001-101500/sp101484.exe

I, also, want to let you know that I have a direct phone number for SWTOR in case anyone needs to contact support directly. I have used it a couple times. It is (855)345-2186. You can give it to people if they need to speak with someone directly. That is the last phone number I have for them.
