Screen goes 1 colour, then Load Screen then back in Game,, it's more and more frequent.

Have deleted the cache file and edited the ini, tried windowed and Win/Full and Full.

Still does it.

@Dalethfc1

You may find the game re-install doesn't help

The dxdiag is listing multiple BCCode 117s details at this link

It may be worth using DDU (link) to remove all trace of the current driver and try an older driver version like 385.69 (Link)

Thanks for that,, just done all that, and, without full testing, ie: Battle It seems ok right now.

Will accept solution after a couple of hours play Standard smile

The only other thing i can think of is heat , pull the side of the PC and confirm all fans are working etc

May need to check the heatsinks for dust as well

If this is starting ok and turning up after a period of time longer then say 15 minutes , the colour screen and driver reset can be caused by overheat

The monitors show the temps are fine.

And I have been having a nightmare with EA Support.

14 or around that number call backs set after talking to one person when I called.

The ONLY call back I got was from the wrong team as their system routed wrongly.

Now they expect me to sit in a 35 minute queue at 10p per minute.

Wonderous for a Subscriber.

@Dalethfc1

Press the windows key and type reliability and open the reliability monitor , how recent are the BCCodes 117 occurring ? is there any other details or errors not listed in the dxdiag already ?

This error is unlikely to be related to the game files themselves

Edit - while troubleshooting this for now can you leave the game in window mode
