Scrap Duplicate Function Does Not scrap Duplicates

After the current weekly "Road to BFV" tasks have been done I have some duplicate skins that lists under "Scrap Duplicate" option. I have tried for a few days now but i cant scrap the duplicates. If you press "Confirm" It will just take you back to the Scrap Duplicate inventory and doesn't do anything. Is anyone else having this problem and how did you fix it?

FYI: Ow manually scrapping duplicates does work (should have checked). So its not a big problem only with the Scrap Duplicate consolidated-function itself. Thank you for you're time!

Ow, I just checked and the scrap function still does not function. Also duplicate Melee weapons cannot be scraped at all if received as items trough the road to BFV....terrible shame!!
