Scout points gone!!!!!! Madden19

Where are my scout point's??? I paid real$$$ for points to buy them in a pack!!!!!  If you are gonna change a currency at least refund or convert the old thing to new . Madden 19 might be last time I buy this franchise

Are you saying you purchased a pack from the store and never received the Scout points from them? If so, our Live-Support team is capable of pulling up your MUT account and verifying whether they weren't received. They would be more than happy to grant them to you if they actually were never received.
