Scarabs no opening

I have to pay to unlock safe as making look like unlock 300 cards in safe would get them not the case it’s unlocked them but can’t have them  at level 44 what’s happening also cost me real money to find out think a bit of a con not happy as paid out for diamonds but been wait to unlock scarabs please correct this error

Hey @2qbo42xfbp2c thanks for reaching out. If you've just reached level 44 it may take some time to get Scarabs from a crate. Reaching level 44 does not mean you get Scarabs, just that they've been added to crates for unlocking. Be sure to keep completing your bounties and calling convoys to open more crates. The more you open, the more likely you are to get Scarab cards! :D
