It says invalid account on Xbox and my ea account says it’s not linked anymore how do I fix this

Try resetting your EA Account password. This will help in most cases.

If that doesn’t work, wait 90 minutes and try again. You may have tried to reset your password too many times and too fast.

My Apex and Madden are saying Invalid Account when I try to play. It's gives you no option to actually sign in or anything just that prompt. Also I have already reset my password and still nothing changes.
