I've been experiencing this issue which only appeared a couple days ago which prevents me from accessing SWTOR. Before, I was able to play SWTOR fine without any problems. I found that this problem was wide spread in the past and have tried some of the solutions such as reinstalling the game, switching from streaming launcher to a non-streaming launcher etc but to no avail. I also realised that several users on Reddit have experienced these issues as well and quite recently.

Any help would be appreciated as I just bought a 30 day subscription and don't want to miss out on this weeks direct sale.

Chance of this being a bioware side issue is about 1% , even if there was 1 or 2 people posting at same time as you , and lets be really really conservative and say there is 1000 people playing swtor even at those numbers , if there was a bioware issue imagine how busy the forums would be with people that cannot press play.
If the demo works is all that wanted to see
If you are getting a black screen on startup it would generally indicate a resolution issue or something like an overlay is causing the crash
The Nvidia 930a is a rare proprietary card , but the game should still launch on the intel card , in these cases with an all in one it is likely the intel card is governing the resolution.
One of the last things to try is use DDU (Link) and re-install with the drivers from the manufacturer. which in your case are at this link DDU will return the system to just like just installed the OS for the video drivers.

Someone is likely always experiencing issues but unless there is like 100 people posting at once it is likely a system issue for some reason.
if the others post here can look at them too but if they dont post here there isnt much can do to help
I gather you have stepped through this https://answers.ea.com/t5/Troubleshooting-Guides-Info/Guide-Game-failing-to-launch-on-Clicking-Play/...
post a dxdiag per this link and mention the antivirus and firewall used

According to the software the drivers are fine. The exact words are "Your Intel software is up to date."
For the Nvidia card it says:
For the Intel HD Graphics 530, it says:
