After you use DDU see if the debug mode appears it should be listed in the pull down even if it cant be used

I'm a noob when it comes to computers, what does "clocks" mean in this case?
I can attempt that but I don't want to mess too much with that as I understand nothing of what it entails short of deleting all my drivers. What running this program exactly entails? Will I have to use an alternate computer/notebook to connect with my new PC in order to install the drivers? Or do I just run it and it does its thing then I re-install my drivers?
I can't remove my RAM now as its 11 PM and it'd do a lot of noise to mess with tools right now. But I can attempt that in the morning in order to isolate the issue.

Clocks is clock speed of the video card in this case
If not sure on DDU simply uninstall the nvidia driver and select custom and clean install on this driver from nvidia.com

I still don't know what that means. Regardless I'll do just that. How do I uninstall my drivers though?

Press the windows key and type add it should pop up with add or remove programs, then you scroll down until you find the nvidia listed and uninstall everything nvidia wise
then run the driver i listed , it should allow the prompt of custom install and you will then see a tick box to select clean install

Thanks, will do.
EDIT: The scan you told me to do had this to say
EDIT 2: I uninstalled all Nvidia related programs as you instructed and ran the driver installation with custom and clean install but I'm still unable to start the debug mode. The option is still not there. Should I attempt it again?

Will need to check on the nvidia if that driver really has it included
in regards to the sfc finding corrupt files open the command prompt as administrator again and try the below
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
see if that works

@proxos666 and where would I check that? GeForce experience? Within Nvidia's site?
I typed that in the CMD after I ran it as administrator and here's what it said. Apologies for the Brazilian Portuguese. Will attempt my best at translating it.

I've done that but nothing happens. I'm still getting the same message without any additional things appearing.
Edit: NVM its scanning now.
Edit 2: Here is what shows. I'm assuming the issue is fixed now.
