I've been having issues with SWTOR CTDing for years now but I've finally decided to give these forums a shot in order to hopefully reach a solution. So the issue is as the title suggest SWTOR just crashes to desktop randomly for me. I am not aware why and I've already uninstalled the game in 2018 in order to attempt to fix it but the results were the same, I've also removed BitRaider and switched to the non-streaming launcher thinking it would help, it hasn't though it as fixed a few of my launcher issues I've had in the past. So is there any way to fix this issue or is it something I'll have to continue to deal with?
For additional information in hopefully isolating the issue here is my grid:

Can you provide a dxdiag per this guide link
also if you press the windows key and type reliability open the reliability history and see what/if anything has been listed when playing swtor

Apologies for the delayed response, I had to reboot my computer in order to set it to English. The original TXT file had Brazilian Portuguese terms and I would rather not waste your time by having you needing to translate them. As for the reliability I do understand what you mean by that. Though I'm guessing it has to do with these troubleshooting reports? This is the latest one. Though I've had the same types of crashes since the 14th. Though unfortunately they still seem to be in Brazilian Portuguese but I've added my best attempts at translating the technical jargon as I can.

What antivirus are you using for reference, trying to make sense of the error reports for commonality

Can you try placing the video driver into debug mode as well per this link and monitor if any change

Windows Defender.

I don't seem to have the option to turn on a debug mode on my own control panel.

There are a number of things occurring in your system , if all related to swtor crashing I am unsure
how often are the blue screens occurring and next time one occurs see if it lists a driver, can try using bluescreenview and see what it reports too
also there are reports of component store errors, now to try and fix them you can initially open a command prompt as administrator and type sfc /scannow and see if that sorts it.
and also place the video driver into debug as mentioned before, see if any change after all this first up

it will only be there if the video card is not running default clocks
you can instead try using DDU as mentioned at this link and do a clean install of the video driver
This is to try and find a cause for the Bccode 7F reports listed in your dxdiag , they may be ram related too so if your ram is 2 sticks of 4GB see if you can take 1 out at a time as an easy way to check the system too.

They barely occur if at all. I think the last time it was a few days ago but before that it has been weeks if not more.
I'll attempt that. Thank you very much. Will let it know if it solves anything.
I did however when I follow the path the option to put my GPU into debug mode is unavailable. Nvidia control panel screenshot
