Hey guys, I need some help. I can log in just fine no issues, but once in the game, the server list is blank. Please help.

I am having this problem now, no servers are showing up on my login screen.

Start with removing and readding exceptions for both launcher.exe and swtor.exe to your antivirus and firewall.
If Nortons ensure exception is set to allow as auto it can auto block for example.
Gathered the router/modem has also been rebooted.

I have attempted with the firewall off and I have had no success. The computer doesn't contain any form of 3 party anti-virus software. As far as the router goes there are 2 other laptops connected to the same network. Both of the other computers are running SWTOR perfectly. What else could I try?

Check the exceptions in windows defender and that private and public are ticked for swtor
other then that ensure that there is no compatibility set to the game shortcut , launcher.exe and swtor.exe (all 3) as a compatibility mismatch can result in a no server list

Okay, so I removed the compatibility from all three items and I enabled the private and public firewall settings. I still am getting a blank server list.

Just to 100% confirm you removed the current exceptions in defender and added both launcher.exe and swtor.exe (both) as new exceptions

@JediJosiahD Could you try a clean boot to see if the server list populates?

Leave the Bitraider Mini-Support Service and Bitraider Mini-Support Service Stub Loader enabled. Restart with the clean boot settings applied and try to run the game.

It may also be worth running the repair utility detailed at this link too just to be certain the launcher files are good
