SWTOR elevators not working

As above the auto elevators are not working.

1. i can see them stuck halfway up(not moving).

2. i can see other players step underneath the lift, then appear at the top.

3. i've tried jumping on when my friends have told me their lift is at the bottom, but nothing.

iv'e uninstalled and reinstalled 3x times now. it's a game breaker for me and my mates, if we cant solve it soon 

we will move on to another game. this situation is very frustrating due to previously having no issue running on an old laptop years ago. 

i'm now running a new tower setup, but i cant see how that would be the problem.

Can someone please help solve or point me in the right direction.

Try lowering your graphics settings to see if that makes a difference.  If not please provide your DxDiag log as per here.

QA are unsure why some systems get this issue , the first thing i notice from the dxdiag is that it displays as bios version F1 and if i have the right motherboard (check is right model) it displays the latest bios is F50 https://www.gigabyte.com/au/Motherboard/B450-AORUS-PRO-rev-10/support#support-dl-bios

now when one of the bios notes F42f actually mentions a game compatibility it sorta is hmm 

So i guess make sure you have the latest bios installed in case it matters
