Tried today and am getting the same issues you all were having. So, was it just waiting a day or so that fixed it? No cards or browsers work.

I'm having this problem too. Happened on the first try, which only took something like a couple of minutes at the most to get to the pay now screen. I've tried several times since then and I get the same problem. Does anyone know if it's happening for people who try to pay for more than a month?

Did you try clearing cache, deleting cookies and then restarting your Browser?

Hiya,

One thing you can try is using incognito mode in your browser, this will disable cache and addons which may help.

In Google chrome use CRTL-SHIFT-N to open an incognito mode tab. You should then have to login to the swtor web site again and then try the purchase.

Thank you both for the advice, unfortunately it didn't work. I've tried on a new computer, firefox with cleared cache/history/loggins etc and chrome both in standard and incognito mode. I even tried starting off in the store rather than the account subscription page. Every time it's the same message:

Purchase Error

An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}

Edit: Finally got it to work, had to use a paypal account. Not sure why that would make a difference.
