SWTOR Serial Key/Security Key

I am trying to play SWTORO, however it wants my mobile security key, my phone wants a serial number before It gives me a key.
How do I get this serial number since I cant log in without the damn key?!

Give Swtor CS a phone call (Link to numbers) they will get you sorted

If you had an Security Key you will have to remove the old one,

iff not just leave that field blank, as indicatet below it.

 lost my key and e-mails do not come to me. I have not played star wars the old republic for a couple of months now. What can I do ?

I tried to call a few times, but the secretary turns on and says that the number does not exist. I live in poland . I tried to call several countries and nothing. My phone does not block any international calls. I even tried my friend's phone.
