SWTOR Master Datacron Used but didnt work

i bought the master datacron for 2000 coins, i open it, use the item for the promotion to level 70, brings up the bar saying promoting to level 70 then eats the item and doesn't put me at level 70. item is gone, i looked around for it and i cant find it anywhere. i have the other item which is the class armor set but you need to be 70 to open it. idk what to do from here, any thoughts?

I can see you've submitted an in-game ticket, so while it might take a while to get a response, the in-game advisors should be able to sort it out soon.
