Hi,
I bought a togruta through the cartel market but when I tried to create a new character, the togruta was grayed out and the game said I had to buy it. I created a new chartacter to check the state of the transaction and the cartel marked said that I had not the togruta in my inventory.
Still, the 600 cartel coins has been removed from my account.
Can you help me ?

Yes
If you claimed the unlock to the inventory of a character and then deleted that character before using the unlock then you will need to send the email to support@swtor.com to get the unlock back

Just to be complete : I didn't claim it in my inventory.

When you purchase the unlock from the cartel market it transfers to the inventory , from there it needs to be used to apply to the account.
so if you didnt claim it in the inventory is it there or in the unclaimed of the cartel market

That's the problem: my reclaim notifications says "0 reclaim available".
Someone is telling me that it may be because I deleted the character to create a togruta without reclaiming first, is that possible ?

If you claimed the unlock to the inventory of a character and then deleted that character before using the unlock then you will need to send the email to support@swtor.com to get the unlock back

So,
After I send a second message, they just activated togruta to my account. (It took just half an hour)
I strongly suggest you write to support if you have the same problem, and that you insist if the problem is not solved in 24hours.
