SWTOR: Deleted character before using race item

On September 14, 2018 I used 1200 Cartel Coins I had on 2 Legacy Species and claimed said items but didn't consume them, because I didn't know I had to. I am not currently a subscriber but I was hoping there was a way to either get the the 1200 coins back or have the items given to another of my characters. Send an email to support@swtor.com and explain you didnt realize about using the unlocks, request if the character can be restored so you can retrieve the unlocks.
