Facial clips malform during talking and any emotes involving the face.
This doesn't effect the female models only the male.
Body Type 3, cyborg with mustache and metal face clips.

Did a pile of testing this is the result: ranges are inclusive.
Body Type 1 the lower jaw cybernetics warp out, body types 3 & 4 cause both to warp out.
Smuggler: Body Type 1,3-4
Face Type 1-5
Cybernetics 10-12
Consular: Body Type 1,3-4
Face Type 1-5
Cybernetics: 52-54
Knight Body Type 1,3-4
Face Type 1-5
Cybernetics 56-58
Inquisitor: Body Type 1,3-4
Face Type 1-5
