SWTOR: Collections Charging CCs But Not Unlocking [ Edited ]

Hello,
       Playing SWTOR and I wanted to unlock the Gold Hutt Cartel Skiff, plays music and a dancer. I went to unlock it, it costed 240 Cartel Coins, I was charged the Cartel Coins but the unlock hasn't... well unlocked. My ledger on SWTOR.com says I was charged 240 CCs, but I never recieved the unlock for all toons. 

And since I'm not a subscriber anymore this is the only means of getting help. Yey Capitalism
 Help would be much appreciated.

You can submit an email to support@swtor.com and they can look into this for you, be sure it is from the email associated with the game and provide the swtor username etc.

Submitted an email, haven't heard back, and its been over 72 hours and my Cartel Coins are gone and the speeder I "unlocked" still has not unlocked. Maybe since I'm not a current subscriber they just flip me off to the trash email bin?

there is a bit of a backlog with tickets at the moment, so It can take a bit longer. But I can see that your email came in and it should be handled either today or tomorrow
