My SWTOR account got locked yesterday morning due to suspicious activity, likely on my Origins account (I saw some messages about purchases from that account, which I didn't even know I had). I got the e-mail with instructions to call. It was after hours, so I followed directions and waited until the hours of operation indicated on the email, only to discover that there is no one there to answer the phone. It seems this support mechanism has been suspended. I sent an e-mails to [edit: email address removed] describing the issue.
Questions...
How long should it take to respond?
How do I know anyone has even received the support request?
Is there any other support mechanism or channel that I can use to restore my account?
I sent those emails early today, and I've gotten no response. Of course all of this happens after I drop over 100 USD on cosmetics and other perks for my beloved sniper...little salt in the wound.

Most find resetting the origin password fixes most issues with swtor purchasing.

I reset my Origins Password, and my SWTOR Password. It did not correct the issue...the SWTOR account is still locked.
I do appreciate your reply. 10 days is really unfortunate.

Timeline
4/27/2020 - account locked
4/28/2020 - email sent to [edit: email address removed] describing the issue
5/5/2020 - email acknowledged by swtor, with a request for my phone number and available times so they could call me to to resolve the issue
5/5/2020 - phone number and contact info provided
5/11/202 - still no call back...it would seem I went back to the beginning of the line
This is day 15 of this issue, and its just nuts. @proxos666 any ideas on how to get this prioritized?

Thank you! That is very helpful to know. Just having some form of confirmation that this didn't fall through the cracks is pretty nice.

Update - I got my call back today, and the account was unlocked. The SWTOR rep informed me that my EA account is also locked (which I didn't understand), and I have to get that account unlocked as well. Otherwise I cannot subscribe to the game or complete any other transaction.
I'm posting this for anyone else who may be having a similar issue, so they know to check for this as well. I will take this crusade over to EA now
