Same problem on android. Worked fine an hour ago. I tried clearing cache, clearing data, uninstalling, restarting and still stuck on loading cantina screen.

Same issue no matter I am on cellular or WiFi, killed the app, rebooted phone. Not an ISP or device issue....

I am having the same issue reported by everyone above. Just started about an hour ago. iOS user, etc.
Only happens to me when logged into Game Center. If I log out of Game Center, I can get into the Cantina. Problem is, that doesn't have my account data anymore! I know my account is linked to my Game Center, so I'm not worried about losing my data, but as I said, when logged into Game Center, I cannot get past "Loading Cantina". Please fix this so that I can get into my account!!

And yes, I tried rebooting, wifi, cellular data, etc. Nothing helps.

Running Android 8.1 on the Pixel 2 XL.

Tried clearing cache and app data, restarting my phone, reinstalling the app. Still stuck at loading cantina screen. 

Several others in my guild alliance are also stuck same as me.

My whole guild is having this problem. Iphones, Android, WiFi and mobile. No one can get past the loading cantina. Been going on since about 2pm PST

Same here.  Using IOS tried resetting, disconnecting, blah blah blah.
