I can play shadow of the tomb raider with no problems on 1080. This is the only game I have a problem with to for reference.

@KplusU2- Your DXD file tells me that you are running at 3840 x 2160 (32 bit) (60Hz) resolution. Try turning this down to 1920 x 1080. Also if you can get the game to at least load, go to Options - Video and check what resolution the game is set at.
I am going to be a real pain but can you tell me the detail of how your PC is connected to your TV. Your TV is RVU compliant. Are you connecting through a Genie DVR?
Also try disabling the Origin In-game-overlay (Application settings/origin in game/Enable origin in game/off)

The 3k is windows resolution. My game is set to 1080 with low settings.

My TV is a c8 LG 55 inch TV so it should be OK at least. It runs all the other games I play.

Finally got the game to work on my HDD.
I removed Origin and reinstalled it on my Windows SSD and now its working.
Worth a try for everyone having issues!

As you can see, some of the links are unavailable, and I still can't play Battlefront II.
Is this problem happening since the last update? Because I've just bought the game yesterday...

Sitting in the same boat. Sometimes the game launches, sometimes it simply doesnt. When it loads it somewhat works tho.

@ggibb65 wrote:@STR0NGB0W- Have you tried a complete un-install & re-install of Origin itself?
- Hold down the Windows key and R
- Type in %TEMP% -> press enter
- Now delete the Origin folder.
- Repeat step 2 in %AppData% and %LOCALAPPDATA%
- Go folder were you have installed Origin, (C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin) <- default
- Delete the Origin folder
- Restart your PC
- Download Origin and install it again.

Haven't found the MS fix I was looking for yet.
Apologies for not replying back sooner, I have had a rough past couple days (disabled veteran here). Anyways, I was finally able to reinstall Origin via this process and sadly, I am still experiencing crashing issues. My desk PC needed a driver update, then it was able to launch the game once but now it is doing something similar to my living room PC. I still have hopes (however small) of getting my old living room PC to run SWBF2, just havta set it back up and see how it goes. I believe that was the last PC I played SWBF2 on according to my cloud save data I saw while attempting to play on my desk rig.
I still need to review the most recent posts and reply to any relative to my issues. Again, thanks to all for the help, we will figure this out eventually (if not already) heh
Cheers!
