SW crashes on launch (blanck screen)

Since I installed SW battlefront, I can't play it. I'm using it in window mode. I turned the vsync, and all my graphics settings are in low mode (sorry for the english). Sometimes I can go to the configurations in the game and change them, sometimes not. But I never could play.

All my drivers are updated and I turned off origin from the game.

Yes, some players with better PCs might also still experience issues with SWB - no game is perfect. However, we can still perform some troubleshooting with them, if they meet the minimum requirements. If the game itself was the problem, probably no one would be able to play it at all.

I'm afraid that there's not much we can do in your case. You've already tried some tweaks and unfortunately they didn't help. Like I mentioned before, there are so many GPU and CPU models on the market, that it would be impossible for us to support them all. Hence, we always check if customer's PC meets the requirements. If not, we cannot guarantee that game will launch

Thanks for providing all the information in the first place!

Unfortunately, your GPU might not be good enough to smoothly run the game If you check the minimum requirements for SWB, the required video card is at least AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB, which is a better model that you currently have.

If it's the only GPU in your PC, I'm afraid there's not much we can do.

In the future, you can use Can You Run It website to check if your PC is good enough to run specific titles.

The video, which you've posted, shows SWB gameplay with AMD Radeon HD 6950 2GB. Your video card is AMD Radeon HD 6570 

Not meeting the requirements doesn't necessarily mean that you cannot launch the game at all - it just doesn't guarantee that the game will be working correctly. That's why we can recommend a few troubleshooting steps to perform or tweaks to try out, but we can never promise that the game will start without any issues on devices below minimum requirements.

the gme worked for me berfore but for some reason now its not working

It just magically loaded up yesterday and actually worked all I did was make a new account and buy the game and dlc’s agian and verified the game file and it worked. I had to restart all I my progress and pay 100$ again but it was worth it if it starts happening agian I will tell you as soon as I can.

Btw I play the game on a intel hd 4400 and I get 60 FPS on medium settings and 1280 x 720
