STUTTERING!

Well developers, is it so hard to optimize the game? I have a RX 6900 XT , ryzen 5600x , 2x8gb ram ddr4 , nvme sn850 4 gen , win 10 pro , I am very capable of running the game in 4k/60 without problems but the game is choking all the time whether in combat or in map itself, you optimized for the Ps5/Xbox X version and don't fix the PC version, the game is great but the stutterings spoil the experience and I'm not alone in this all players have the same problems.
