STILL lagging

I HAVE gone through the steps provided, yet the servers for Madden 19 are STILL lagging. When will you do your job and correct this EA? It has become extremely not fun to play when you push a button and the lag in the game makes the players make a mistake like dive seconds later after the ball carrier ran by. Either fix YOUR SERVERS or REFUND my money. After reading many other's reviews regarding Madden's constant lag I will not be buying ANY further EA games. I have a strong feeling many of the others will not purchase your products anymore either.

I know it can be pretty tough to win games when you're experiencing lag.

Do you play on a WiFi connection at all? We have some great basic connection troubleshooting steps in the link below I recommend giving a good look at first. They help fix most connectivity related issues like lag in online games.
