I was having an issue where the game would not load after the Easy Anti-Cheat banner completed it's check. An ERROR would come up right afterwards (Error code: 11 to be precise).
So in mucking around I think I may have a solution for some of you:
Reinstall Origin app.
Look in Origin dropdown. "Application Settings". Go to INSTALLS & SAVES.
Read the "Game Library Location" and insure it is the same place you have your game installs in. You can do this by clicking on it in Origin and then copying it in the file browser address. Paste that into a new file browser.
If your saves are not there, find them and move them there.
Origin will say you need to download the game, don't do that. Instead right click on the game in the "Game Library" and tell it to "Locate Game". You should still have the file browser address on clipboard to paste into that window. Browse to "Apex" and then click "Select Folder".
Start the game from the Origin app and I think you'll find it works.
