Hi,
Recently I've transferred my account to a new phone (samsung galaxy a13 - better than the last one for sure...) I am experiencing freezes and crashes frequently in the game. Just today morning I tried to do second battle on SLKR event TIER 3 and lost 60 tickets because of a crash. It seems to freeze on every longer battle, like TB waves and such kinds of events. I am not even sure if I can get through that GL event anymore.
At first it was incredibly slow after getting to phase 2 of fight with Rey and then just got black screen.
Everything is up to date, no other apps working in the background mode, double-checked. I have no other phone or a device to play on, please help the game is not playable like this...
